Meet Mrs. Sylvia Garcia (Mrs. G)

 

 

Hello! I am Sylvia Garcia. I am the 6th-grade teacher here at St. Elizabeth School. This year I will be starting my 19th year in Catholic education.  I am looking forward to this upcoming school year!

 

Martin, my husband, and I recently celebrated our 28 anniversary. We have three children Iris, Aaron, and Alyssa.  Iris graduated from Texas A&M University class of 2020, Aaron is beginning his senior year at Texas A&M University and will be graduating in May of 2021 and Alyssa is a sophomore at TAMU-Kingsville and is planning to transfer to A&M in the fall. 

 

My husband and I chose Catholic Education for our children. They all attended St. Joseph Catholic School from K3-8th grade and my two younger children attended and graduated from St. John Paul II Catholic High School in Corpus Christi. As a parent, I wanted my children to attend a school that would help reinforce my catholic values while receiving a quality education.
